Birth Certificate of the child (photocopy)
ID proof of the parents (photocopy)
4 passport size photos of the child and two photos of each of parent
Medical fitness certificate of child (Original copy)
Admissions to be confirmed only on the receipt of Transfer Certificate from the previous school on or before 1st June.
